How is your luxury trailer pricing determined?
Our pricing is tailored specifically to your event requirements. We consider guest count, rental duration, and the logistical needs of your location to provide an accurate, all-inclusive quote.
What amenities are included?
Every trailer includes full climate control, flushing toilets, sold surface vanities, running hot/cold water, large LED mirrors,, essential toiletries, and a premium designed interior. We also offer fresh water and a generator (additional fee) for those locations without access to water and power.
How far do deliver?
We proudly provide full coverage for all of the Wasatch front and surrounding areas. We are also equipped to transport our luxury fleet to mountain venues upon request. For locations over 30 miles one way a mileage surcharge may be applied. Please include the location in your request and we'll be sure to include it your quote.
What are the power and water requirements?
While our units are self-contained, for optimal functionality we recommend access to at least one standard dedicated 110V power source and a garden hose connection within 100 feet. If power is not available onsite, we offer a generator for rent. If no water source is available, we have an onboard fresh water tank.
What is the recommended booking lead time?
For peak event seasons in Utah (May through October), we recommend securing your luxury trailer 8-12 weeks in advance. Early booking ensures availability of your preferred trailer configuration for your chosen date.
Do you offer multi-day or long-term rentals?
Absolutely! We offer daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rental options for extended events, construction sites, film sets, or venue upgrades.
What about bad weather, rain, snow, etc.?
Our trailers are built for use in all weather, rain, shine, heat, or cold. They’re fully enclosed, climate-controlled, and leveled for safe use on various surfaces.
What if there is an issue with the trailer during my event?
We provide 24/7 support for all rentals. If any issues arise, just call us and we will respond promptly to ensure everything is running smoothly.
